Sea Creature Doodle

 This video is just a fun little "doodle" type of sculpt where I build out a sea snake type of creature. This was a fun project where I learned to creature different textures using fire and Monster Clay.

 

Back to posting art videos and I wanted to kick this one off with a dragon sculpture I worked on last year. I'm a big fan of dragons and drew a good number of them as a kid. Ironically I've haven't sculpted that many dragons over the years. This project took a lot longer than I expected but in the end I'm pretty happy with the results. I used Monster Clay for the majority of the dragon, plastic beads for the eyes and a translucent polymer clay for the teeth.
